Westminster Church of Detroit is a diverse, multi-cultural, warm, welcoming, Christian community affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).  Everyone who wants a deeper connection with God is welcome here.

Located on 17567 Hubbell Street at West Outer Drive, Westminster has served southeast Michigan since being chartered in 1857.

During the school year, we have Sunday School during worship for kids in elementary school through high school.  Infant and toddler care is also available.  See an usher when you come, or contact the church office ahead of time.  We hope you’ll join us for worship — you are welcome here!

Worship Schedule

We have two services each Sunday: at 8:30, our informal gospel service in the chapel.  At 11:00, worship in the sanctuary.  Great music, relevant and interesting sermons, warm people, and coffee and refreshments after both services.  No church experience necessary — everyone is welcome!  If you went to church last week, or haven’t been in years, you are welcome here. 

Join us each week for spirited, engaging worship to start the week with something for your spirit and your mind.  Then join us for coffee hour and plenty of treats.  Guests are always welcome!
